Do you have a point of improvement or a complaint?

We do everything we can to make your visit to PoliDirect as pleasant as possible. In our organization we work according to fixed guidelines. That way we know for sure that everyone works in the same way and you can rely on quality and safe care. Yet it may happen that you are not satisfied with something, that something goes wrong or that you have ideas for improvement of our care. In this case, please fill in the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible to look for the best solution.

What happens to your suggestion or your complaint?

Depending on the complaint, it will be looked into by the person(s) involved, their supervisor or the doctor. You will be listened to as much as possible. Then, of course, we try to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. This may also be the doctor, he/she has his/her own complaints procedure (It may happen that sometimes your complaint is handled directly through the doctor's complaints procedure). If you do not want this, you can indicate this in the complaint form. Read more about this process and the path your complaint takes in our complaint regulations.
